Sasambo Greeneration Camp 4.0

Sasambo has always been Connecting Greeneration around the world since 2017 to learn from each other. Besides it, Here, You can learn directly from the “Green Gurus” about how they show their true love towards nature by creating many things and activities.
But, It’s been an open secret that we have numerous global natural problem. Some of them are easy to find: deforestation, plastic waste, etc. Knowing that facts, We’re sure that you are eager to do something matter for solving those problems but, maybe, you don’t know the how.
We believe that the solution of those problem can be generated by Visionary Greeneration like you. You just need to meet the right person to collaborate and right mentor to share your problem with. We’re so fortunate for having a lot of Gurus showing their love to nature by creating something environmentally friendly. Some of them are ready to meet you in Sasambo Greeneration Camp 4.0 and support you to be the next impactful greeneration
Experiences on Sasambo
Our programs are offered once a year ranging from Creating Handicraft. Designing Creative Waste Management Program, Mangrove Planting, to excursion to an impressive ethnic village.
Designed by experienced facilitators, our activities will cultivate leadership skills, develop sustainability knowledge and awareness about the future of nature, and give chance to future leader to network with the other greeneration and be the partner of the future while having unforgettable experiences!
Sasambo Greeneration Camp 4.0 will be conducted in Lombok, 26th – 29th July 2019 with these core activities:

Creating Handicraft from an Eggshell
Greenerations will learn about how Lombok people make use of “Leather Egg to decorate a craft. As we know, egg shells usually turn into household wastes. In this session, participants are expected to learn how to utilize the same household wastes and transform them into a work of art
Learning Creative Waste Management
Kawis Krisant is one area in Mataram City that has been transformed into an environmentally friendly tourist area and has the concept of integrated waste processing. This area was previously a slum area located on the edge of the river that cleanliness is not maintained


Mangrove Planting
Mangrove planting is one of the activities in which participants will be inspired to put more attention to their surroundings. On the island of Lombok, there is a mangrove conservation site which then operates as a tourist destination. In this session, the participants will be given the opportunity to go around the conservation site using boats and observe the mangrove plantation
Excursion to Ende Village (New)
As the largest indigenous community in Lombok, the Sasak people strive to maintain their traditional values and lifestyle by shunning modern aspects such as electricity and technology from their lives. The Sasak traditional village in Ende becomes the number one choice for tourists who wish to learn the genuine culture of Sasak people. The


Social Project at North Lombok Earthquake Area (New)
The Greeneration will contribute for Lombok’s recovery after-earthquake that happen one year ago. The Greeneration will entertain and share a bunch of smile with the children and women. The Greeneration will be involved in coaching sessions and workshops. Charitable donations will also be delivered to the local residents.
